VeesR: surgical immersion solution

About the project

VeesR is an immersive 3D surgical streaming solution in VR for advanced training. During the innoVaction program, a live streaming system will be integrated on Vodafone’s infrastructure, enabling real-time broadcasts of robotic surgeries with high quality. Surgeons wearing VR headsets can experience the surgery live, as if they were in the operating room.
VeesR offers an immersive 3D view of the surgical field, the surgeon’s hand movements, and the operating room with the robot in action, while allowing real-time interaction with the surgeon.
